Food was ho-hum on Thanksgiving Day. One of my companions said their cafeteria food was better at prep school. Even the apple pie (not pumpkin - huh?) tasted like something from the grocery store.

This place is history, and I go there when I visit New York, at least once a year. Frank Sinatra held court at Table 14. Donald Trump sits on the far left. Wall Street was filmed there.

Cool history, plenty to look at if your company's boring, and the garlickiest Caesar salad on the planet. I love it that way.

I like to make thongs out of the beef tartar. Great for late night snacks, bad for dodging wolves.
