BBQ in the USA means lip-smacking, stick-to-your-ribs grub like brisket, pulled pork, and mac n cheese. Enjoy one of America's oldest cuisines at these 50 top-rated spots across the country.
Elizabeth Iriz: Get the sampler plate and share it. It's too much for one person but a great way to try a few things. Oh and did I mention the banana pudding?!
Chris Gonzales: Get their dry ribs (OMG these ribs) and try different sauces (the "hot" is a bit vinegary but delicious). Mac & cheese is also incredible.
Karen OBrien: Be prepared to wait in line, even if you're there by 11. Meats and sauces are worth it, though. Plus you'll have an opportunity to get to know your fellow line-standers.
Bethany Decossas: There is a reason that the parking lot is always packed and people are waiting in lines that wrap around the building. The bbq is fantastic! My suggestion, try the sweet potato fries with honey!
George Lee: This grass fed beef brisket sandwich made me rethink my life hard. Most delicious meal I've had this year. Cheesy taters, spare ribs... A+ job. There's a line before it opens but for a good reason.

Andy Franco: The best barbecue in AZ period. Try the house made sausage, turkey, fatty brisket, and beans. Also on Saturdays they have beef short rib. Get there before they open for parking!
Gregory Cox: I have never been disappointed by the ribs here. Don't let the lines intimidate you. Their Mac and Cheese is pretty tasty, too. Make sure to try the different sauces.
Jake Smith: The pulled pork was juicy, the sauce selection (BACON BBQ?!) was great, but the real key to this sandwich was the buttered, toasted bun, which provided great crunch and flavor.
Marion: I got on line at 10:15am on a Tuesday and sat down with my BBQ at 1:05. Totally worth it. Remembering the ribs and brisket brings a tear to my eye.
Christy Mello: The best BBQ you will ever have! Sampler platter with the pork sandwich, Mac n cheese, greens n' things, and banana pudding and the farm burger were all amazing!
James Conger: Amazing bbq with a solid Texas beer selection. Simple and delicious. Brisket burnt ends, jalapeno sausage, habanero garlic mac and cheese... What's not to like?
Judy Evans: You can get any combination of pork, chicken, brisket, to go, + beans, salad. When I lived nearby, I made sure I went at least once/month. 3 layers of heat. Prepare for a BBQ orgy beyond compare.
