The cold brew is an espresso roast from Verve called Sermon. It delivers a strong mouth with a moderately deep and course body. The sting is mostly gone from cold brewing, but still earthy/bitter.
Ether is subject to extra roasting time, so the tones are smoky, sweet focused in the body of the cup. The flavors present are green grape, chocolate and burnt clove.
I can't stop ordering the Jalisco Scramble. Mexican brunch food is my excuse to indulge in my love for hot sauce.

Come during happy hour for the cheap drinks and half-off appetizers, but be warned that it gets LOUD, almost club-like. Not a great place to be if you want to talk with a friend.
You must try the vanilla St. Louis Custard. Excellent with blackberries or peanut butter cup toppings, too!
