The Fontainebleau’s Cantonese restaurant has quickly made its way to being a Miami staple with its mouth-watering dishes and sleek atmosphere. Two words to remember: Dim Sum.
One of my most favorite places for Chinese. Must try the dim sum. If you are looking for authentic Cantonese, stick to the red menu. Get the white menu for exceptionally tasty everyday Chinese!
Very good dim sum! Don't come too early though, they don't have all the carts running until an hour or so after opening.
The dim sum is great. If you want to see the dim sum on carts though, you need to go saturday or sunday morning.
I'm a vegetarian. And I had 'options'! :) Can't beat that. Went there for lunch when they have the dimsums and they are fresh, hot and amazing!

Amazing Dim Sum, our table of 5 shared about 8 different dishes and the bill was a little less than $35. Totally worth the trip to Chinatown.
Don't come expecting traditional Hong Kong dim sum -- Dim Sum Garden instead serves the best authentic Shanghai dim sum in the area, like beef noodles and soup dumplings.
Chicken shumai, juicy pork dumplings, pork buns, etc. Haven't had a bad thing on the menu

Come for the dim sum! Everything was delicious. If you want a specific plate, just ask. They'll bring it out to you.
Gone here for 20 years and it's still good times. The dumplings are well made and yum, but for sure don't miss the tasty seafood and offal offerings. Chandeliers make it all so classy-like.
Good dim sum, friendly staff. My personal favorite is the crab ball with mayonnaise.
Pac-man dumplings are the easy go to, but try the soup dumplings for a little extra flavor
