aAmi L: my favorite restaurant. the terrazza is packed from Tuesday to Saturday. Call and reserve. Ask for Angelica, best server in Panama and finish with a Zacapa 23 rum on the rocks.

aAmi L: sunday dim sum. ask for the hot mustard and chili oil

aAmi L: good wine and good food. the octopus 3 way and the pork chop are my favorites

aAmi L: so far the only real Mexican food i have found in the city. i lived in Mexico and they just never make the salsa hot enough outside of the country.

aAmi L: you pay for the quality but they offer best pastries, baguettes and pretty decent cappuccino. sit on the terrace

aAmi L: best fish in Panama by far. Ceviche and tuna carpaccio is next level

aAmi L: fun to gamble here, Vegas style casino packed with hookers. Bachelor party destination numero uno.

aAmi L: Awesome classic strip club, loads of girls. the 10:30 show is the funniest thing. 45 hotties doing a congo line to Your Body, My Body,Everybody, Move your Body. Its a must see.

aAmi L: well respected .. good food.. small portions. great herb garden on the walk-up

aAmi L: expensive but quality deli and fine food market. sandwiches and coffee. theres one in Obarrio as well

aAmi L: Panama's largest park minutes from the city centre, depending on traffic. lol

aAmi L: best Lebanese food in the city hands down. The fresh pita and hummus is perfect to start. Greek salad is top notch, although Panama for some reason has pretty weak tomatoes.

aAmi L: excellent but pricey Indian food. I usually pick up but the ambience is authentic and very relaxed

aAmi L: this is the real deal. Juan is the shaper and he'll customize you onto a beautiful board. And his pricing is competitive, in fact more bang for buck from Boa Surf. Top product

aAmi L: one of the only clubs that delivers on its image. it is the best latin club in the city with perfect ambience, live music and killer mojitos

aAmi L: This is a nice 20min walk up a small mountain. At the top you see both directions.. the canal view and the city view. Do it in the morning as it get too hot or rains later in the day.

aAmi L: Another home run by the Italian group to compliment Divino and Casa de Horno. Excellent Italian the way mom used to make it. Arguably the best pizza in the city. Beautiful setting.

aAmi L: Best fresh pasta in the city so far. The Chef's special tasting trio is the way to do it. Limited wine selection.

aAmi L: This Mall is one of the better mall's I've ever visited. Brands represented here is arguably competitive in any 1st World destination. The issue is availability of stock. Food court is nuts.

aAmi L: Best burgers in the city hands down. Beautiful duck and rabbit chorizos. So so good.

aAmi L: Miles ahead of any other thai place in Panama. Lemon grass chicken is a must. Fast, clean and delicious.

aAmi L: Yet another beautifully done restaurant with a nautical design theme. Food is authentic Spanish tapas and mains. Perfect date spot. Service is arguably the best in Panama.
