"Woman behind the counter (whom I assume is the owner) was incredibly rude to me and my family when we sat down. Food was subpar and the buns were average. Not worth coming back."

"Get there early (8am) when there isn't a crowd and the animals are extra alert. Most are sleepy by 10am-noon. See the red pandas first if you can, since it's harder to see them the rest of the day."

"A few of the receptionists were very rude and wouldn't even acknowledge us when we asked a question. Maintenance staff was nice. Overall location is good and the rooms aren't too shabby."
