- Watch out your handbag, specially in the lift, there are lots of thief within this airport!To identify them, mostly are young adults, pregnant woman or children. Work in group of 2 or 3!Upvoted 1 week ago

- Irina A.February 28, 2016If you arrive early or transiting during lunch time, pass by Sheraton hotel, they serve delicious lunch for a great price: salad bar with main course, water and coffee for just 14 euros!
- Friday nights are a nightmare, especially now EasyJet have moved into T1. Long lines for all food and even coffee. Most places (incl. Starbucks) close early even with hundreds of people around!

- Sukru HaciogluSeptember 2, 2013If you need to charge your device there are outlets just underneath the small waste bins between the seats of the Malpensa Express train. You need to lift the lid up to expose them.

- The airport is quite big, food quart on departures, however most of the action is be found after security check. Pay attention, that T2 is reached by bus (15min approx.)

- The easiest way to reach central station is to take the bus - 8€ one way, 14€ return ticket. On terminal 1, bus stop is on exit 4 - there are 3 different bus companies- the same price and quality

- Beautiful security trays, but man, how lame is it that if you don't have lounge access, need power and want to sit, you are screwed. 0.25% of seats are close to a plug.
- Very classy airport, like the city. Super clean, it feels like walking through a luxury gallery.
- MuratSeptember 23Small, 45-50min and 120Euro taxi ride away from city center. Train also runs frequently. Kind of old, but looks like a shopping mall with all the branded designer shops. Security lines can be long.
- ✈️ If you're carrying your goods on board, you can claim your VAT refund post-security and post-passport control for Terminal 1 boarding area B. No need to wait in line in the departure hall ✈️
- You can literally walk for miles without meeting an Alitalia attendant. ALL transfer desks are left unattended, as well as the info points. Thou shall maintain the calm and pray.

- Arrived at the new finger of the airport terminal 1...colours and design are quite good but the organization is awful!!! 30 mins queue at the passport control, just two planes landed that night!!!

- A32/A39 gates area: food and beverages self service machine are available near the stairs. Cheaper than the Snack bar. Nell'area dei gate A32/39 le macchinette per le bevande e snack sono c/o le scale

- Maria TRNovember 5, 2013Transfer to Milan (to the main railway station - Milano Centrale): round trip -16 euro, one way -10 euro! Comfortable buses with free wifi! One hour and you will be in the city!
- VIP Lounge @ Gate B is a good place to pick up free snacks if you're flying business class. Tons of liquer, vino, soda & packaged treats. Free wifi. Must have the invitation from the airline though...
- There is a VIP lounge before you go through security. It is by the low-numbered check-in desks. You can use your Priority Pass to get in. Then there’s another lounge after security.

- better to use the toilet before entering the immigration line it's always empty and usually clean.

- Linda DunlapOctober 12, 2015Star Alliance Gold can use the Luthansa Lounge. VAT Refunds...if carrying on new purchases, go to the refund desk after you pass through security. There is no line!
- If you are late , go to fast track entry. You skip the queue. It "only" cost you 10€. When u pass by tell then "thank you ladri". They will love it.

- Levent ErtogluNovember 13, 2016Only 30 mins drive from city center. Plenty of stores and food corners inside the terminal. If you are returning back a rental car fill your tank before, no gas stations around
- Departing Milano...airport under construction. Check in is seriously far away and in different direction from the boarding gate. Lovely shopping center, very international.
