- Aleson HoNovember 8, 2014Banh mi is yummy, pho was decent. I've had better Vietnamese food (for cheaper). I may go back to try the neat drink menu (cocky rooster?) Also the service was great.
- eifehJanuary 9, 2017Food is decent, but pricey for the serving size. Flavors are a bit lacking -- fish sauce could be stronger; pho broth is a bit bland. Half sandwich, half pho combo is good for the indecisive.
- Jacqueline RussoJuly 20, 2012Great atmosphere and good portions! Lemongrass chicken sandwhich was very tasty, although it seemed a little too salty by the end. Make sure you have a full glass of water :-)
- Nath MMarch 7, 2017The lotus chicken salad is perfect. Top it off with a couple of rice rolls and you're in for a tasty as f#%^ meal 🙌🏼
- TomSeptember 21, 2016Not authentic but food is decent. Very electric lower east side vibe, friendly service, and they tend to get busy for dinner on the weekends. If you are indecisive, there's pho and banh mi combo.
- Kanji IshiwaraOctober 21, 2018I had the catfish banh Minh which I enjoyed and think it is an above average banh Minh. But the spicy beef pho was one of the least flavorful pho I have ever had.
- David HuApril 21, 2014Cute place with a cozy vibe. But didn't think their pho or banh mi was very exceptional
- Great banh mi and other Vietnamese dishes. I love the old world artwork and advertisements decor.
- Rebecca WainessMay 8, 2015Best Pho is the city I swear! Also - the salad roles are amazing + veggie egg rolls. The girls who work there are absolutely lovely.
- Al LoDecember 12, 2016Love that this place plays old school R&B. Cool vibe. Great service. The chicken pho was just ok. I'll try the beef one next time.
- Chloe BecquetFebruary 15, 2015The lychee cocktail at the bar was amazing! Nice and cozy! Will definitely try the restaurant next time as the menu looks great
- AlexAugust 12, 2016the pho is solid. the taro fries are AMAZING. super fun vibes here with great service and music.
- Best combo ever! Half Bahn mi and half portion pho of your choice is the best of both worlds, still largely portioned
- Liz DellSeptember 6, 2014Super yummy, quick Vietnamese sandwichs, Pho and Bun. Recommend the bahn mi with pork belly and add the egg!
- vivan thi tangOctober 19, 2012pho and banh mi are made for each other and an choi's BEEF PHO BANH MI is yuuum. it comes with a side of pho broth for dipping fun!
- I love Bánh mi and I love Pho, so I would definitly recommend the half bánh mi half Pho combo.
- Silvia Stella OsellaMay 3, 2014We had to wait far more than expected, and at first the staff has been pretty rude too. The food was good though, we loved the chicken noodles way more than the House special Pho.
- Kmart FashionDecember 2, 2011Vietnamese cuisine meets hipster culture. Our tip: This is one of the only spots in NYC that serves authentic Vietnamese food that’s made by an authentic Vietnamese staff.
- Fee OJanuary 1, 2015Really warm and cozy venue, great choices of pho, and banh mi special with pho on the side is amazing
- emily chenJune 13, 2016Hipster Viet joint that serves... hipster Viet food. Not crazy authentic but a fun atmosphere for pho, summer rolls, and banh mi.
- Julie CeleneJuly 12, 2012Don't waste your time with the sandwiches the pho is amazing!! Cocky rooster was also great but a bit to spicy for me as I drained 4 glasses of water in the process of drinking it!
- J.R. ReedOctober 27, 2017Very cool spot on a cool street - great place to grab dinner with friends, sandwhich are excellent!
- EM H.September 25, 2016The crab pho was disappointingly flavorless BUT the chicken bahn mi with fried egg was delicious!
- Steak and eggs at brunch served with a baguette and a side of paté! Really good! And a $5 Bloody Mary that is almost like a gazpacho with alcohol.
- LinaSeptember 18, 2011What a charming place. Wish food lived up to the atmosphere. Skip the Spring rolls for sure. The Pho is nice, albeit a bit oily. The Banh mi has too much bread proportional to the stuffing.
- TingOctober 31, 2015I love that they offer a pho and banh mi combo because sometimes a girl can't just pick one!
- Honghui YuApril 20, 2017Decent place for pho. The portions are huge with good meat-to-noodle ratio and for a good price too.
- Phil TorontoSeptember 3, 2016The salad roll sampler for when you can't commit to just one gỏi cuốn 🙏🏻
- Lisa ItoMarch 19, 2016Awesome interior vibe — try to sit on the side with the bar and the vintage pinup poster wall.
- NetsirkMay 26, 2016Get the Tam Tam, which is a tamarind cocktail. Sweet and delicious. Not what I was expecting!
- Get the pho & banh mi combo. Best of both worlds. The cocktails here are phenomenal my favourites are the Wild Whiskey and the Cocky Rooster.
- Andrew PerezJuly 1, 2016I love a classic Bahn Mi but the pork belly is by far the one you need to get.
- Tasty food, authentic Vietnamese vibes. Disappointing Viet coffee! Come on guys so close to perfect.
- Carlos PachecoMay 4, 2012Brilliant unassuming Vietnamese in the heart of the Lower East Side. LES is a treasure trove of cool spots!
- Kiwi WangOctober 25, 2016Kinda underwhelmed. Definitely tasty, but more of a "fusion" place than an authentic place. Try the playful main dishes over the bahn mi and soups.
- Parul BatraMay 25, 2013Get the pho + bahn mi combo. Best if both worlds! Veggie pho is the best I have ever had!
- pinsuda sagooleimMarch 6, 2012Get the Pho Bo Dac Biet and don't forget to request the herb plate... you'll need it to add all the extra flavors to the dish! Read more
- Village VoiceDecember 28, 2010They brought their Salad Roll with Pork Basil Meat Ball, Pork Belly with Pickled Escarole, and Vietnamese Salad with Prawn Crackers to Choice Eats
- Still on the quest to find Phò as good as they have in the 503. This isn't it. Not bad, not great. They all just miss that depth that Phò Hung has off.
- The Cocky Rooster, An Choi's version of a Michelada, is the perfect complement to delicious meat ball vermicelli and summer rolls! Read more
- Delicious pho and appetizers. They also make killer cocktails.
