They offer Dual Immersion Mandarin classes - starting from Kindergarten, where lessons are taught in both English and Mandarin. Start 'em young. One doesn't have to be Chinese to learn Mandarin.
Someone should seriously tell well-intentioned parents/caregivers to TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF if they're getting on the "whale" play structure in the Food Court Play Area.
