Great restaurant for a special occasion. Loved their tasting menu. Lots of attention to detail (like subtle caviar in the miso sable broth). The steak tartetare was amazing!

Calling Chef Anita Lo's restaurant "fusion" would be doing it a disservice, but you'll find hints of Asian and French cuisine and techniques in dishes such as the foie gras soup dumplings.

The fois gras soup dumpling is amazing. The sable with silken tofu, and mackerel with spicy sauce are both very good dishes with complex flavors.

This is a gem. I had the mackerel and the sauce it was in was mind blowing. Spicy but complicated. Not just heat. Never had anything like it.
