The legendary blues club is one of the reasons why Austin is considered the 'Live Music Capitol of the World.' Stevie Ray Vaughn got his start here and many blues legends also graced the stage.

Leave the 6 inch heals at home, This venue is standing room only[Mosh Pit Antones Style],Upside, You are UP CLOSE & PERSONAL with the music. Staff is very nice even if they are busy.

Stevie Ray Vaughan developed his stage chops gigging at this venue's original 6th Street location, which was also prominent in the early careers of Los Lonely Boys and the Fabulous Thunderbirds.

Some great acts play here- be prepared for a weird layout, bone-weary hard floor and slightly pricey drinks... but awesome acoustics.
