Good aquarium if a little small for LA. Arrive early as it’s always crazy and crawling with kids. But tixs online in advance to save a few $.
So many children, the exhibits are great and informative, but can get very crowded on weekends.
Krit PuenpongJanuary 14, 2017Lots of activity inside and around this building. You can spend all day to participate entirely activities or just take a quick look in aquarium in an hour.
Take time to find the animals in each different exhibit. Some blend in really well but it is a fun challenge to find them.

This place is an incredible learning environment. The displays are awesome but I feel the people are too rough when they touch the creatures or tap the glass.

Take the whale trip in July and August if you want to see blue whales. We've consistently seen good-sized groups of them each day. I saw 12 blue whales on a trip last week!

The tickets roll up and get stuck where they come out. Move it around and some tickets might come out! We got 4 for free!
