- Ira BApril 21, 2015Some of the best wait service I've ever experienced anywhere. Very good dishes and on Mondays $5 margaritas all night. If you're not going here I really question your decisions.Upvoted 1 week ago
- The Margaritas are quenching. The one round of complementary Chips & Salsa are wonderful. I enjoy them so much, I purchase more.Upvoted Nov 16
- Cadiea SchusterJanuary 5, 2014Went here on my first date and the ambiance with the dimly lit tables and the tantalizing menu made it the perfect place to relax and talk! Haven't been back since, but I'm dying to go back soon! :)
- Melissa PerezApril 25, 2019The margaritas are must! 🍹I got a delicious veggie plate that was packed with flavor soo yummy. Especially the mushrooms.
- Victoria WoosterApril 24, 2017I like the place and the food but we had brought a cake because it was a birthday of a friend and the wanted to charge us for every piece of cake we cut. Not so cool 💁🏼
- BeeAugust 8, 2014Go in for the lunch specials and complimentary baby margarita - stay for the party atmosphere! Don't be tricked into ordering the guac as a starter though - a teeeny bowl is $8!
- Surprisingly fresh salsa and a chef who really loves shrimp-based dishes. Also the art theme is "Stalinist Propaganda Meets Poster Advertising a Nightclub"
- Simon SteadmanApril 12, 2017Surprisingly authentic with a Tex-Mex twist, can't fault the food. It's super loud and dark though, so go if you like that sort of thing. Tables are too tight though, they really squeeze you in!
- Shannon HarknettMay 16, 2017$13.95 breakfast cocktail, entree and coffee for weekend brunch! Can't beat that! Get the margarita though for the biggest kick (Bloody Mary wasn't great).
- Paul DunnAugust 26, 2016The chips and salsa are great. The quesadillas are great. But the banana margarita is unbelievable!!!
- Rebecca MazzaJuly 30, 2016I thought it would be a crappy Mexican restaurant but it is outstanding! Both great frozen margaritas and food! End with fried ice cream
- Tobias SalingerSeptember 7, 2012Love the $5 margaritas. Bartenders are quick and attentive and chips and salsa are muy bueno! Wrong part of town for good Mexican food tho. I could eat it happily but it ain't the real thing.
- Perfect place to eat at after you leave your coat in the car traveling from NJ and Long Island. I like to make it even better by brining three screaming girls.
- JoelAugust 9, 2014The tacos are yummy and if you ask nicely you can get one a-la-carte. Also be sure to peep the bestiality mural on the north wall.
- Amazing margaritas, cute boys, soothing dance music, high quality Mexican food, and reasonable prices. What's not to luv?
- Annie OemichenFebruary 11, 2016Its a LOT of food, definitely can share. Enchiladas are ok, tostadas are great! Margaritas come in regular and large, no pitchers. Do the guac
- The massive margaritas. Many flavor options. Decent Mexican food. Very tight seating and dark lighting. DJ was great!
- Lauren MacOctober 13, 2015Super dark, but good crowd. Tasty margaritas (try watermelon) on Mondays for $5! Attentive and friendly servers.
- Patrick WathenAugust 24, 2017Shrimp chimichanga was great, as well as their margarita on the rocks. Free chips and salsa were delicious too.
- Chimichanga is ridiculously decadent, but the REAL culinary orgasm can be found in pork Enchiladas Suizas. That salsa verde - alone - is worthy of a round two or three. Again and again. #holyshit
- Get a free bebe with brunch and order a momma on the side. The rest is history... that you won’t remember. YAS!
- My absolute favorite restaurant in NYC. The restaurant at 51st and 9th is where I always go. Be sure to get the red sangria...so so delicious!
- Harumi UDecember 28, 2014Food is very solid (I think they have the best salsa in this area) and brunch menu is my favorite.
- Kyle YoungJuly 11, 2010Andrew and I went on our first date here, and are still coming back for the giant frozen margaritas. They have decent Mexican food, good service, and lots of Hell's Kitchen gay boys.
- Eric VenkerJune 7, 2013The strongest frozen margarita I've had, making it a must to cool off from the heat of the city in summertime.
- Their lights were clearly designed by Hollister, and you'll celebrate a few birthdays waiting for your food, but it's delicious and so is the staff.
- andi BassNovember 10, 2011As a Texan who is pretty picky when it comes to Mexican I must say this ranks in top 5 in NYC. Great margaritas, real salsa (!!!) and tasty fajitas.
- Anastasia BezverkhaOctober 14, 2014Margaritas!!! I also enjoy the grilled veggie platter and skirt stake. Call me boring, but it levels out my margarita binge here 😆😜🍹
- Eddie MarreroSeptember 5, 2011Hell's Kitchen Hot spot. Busy most nights. Diverse crowd, LGBT, overhead music, and great frozen drinks. Try the chorizo, and guacamole for appetizers. You won't be disappointed.
- EvoL LimeMarch 14, 2016Off the chain! Worth the wait! Bus boy eye candy I wanted to take him home with me LoL. Margaritas yum!
- The Corcoran GroupJanuary 7, 2011Enjoy delicious Mexican food, and AMAZING Margaritas with a really cool crowd of people and fun waitstaff.
- Joseph LucasApril 26, 2018Everything ! But today’s service was slow and neglectful. I’ve never had such a slowness- a shock!
- Phil F.January 5, 2014The Mexican chicken soup is great for a chilly winter evening. The jalapeños adds some nice heat.
- Rewan PartiAugust 27, 2014Get the la mama and next thing you remember is just ordering your first drink!
- The staff were very accommodating, SO welcoming and friendly. The food was terrific! Chip and Salsa? .... Absolutely, yes!
- Mama margarita is the way to go, or you're missing out big time
- Justin WilliamsJanuary 9, 2014Always packed! Try the passion fruit virgin dakari. Chicken mole is great!
- Frozen mango margarita. Mama, Papa, Tata, Gaga...who cares? As long as its frozen and as long as it's Mango. Get it. Twice.
- Margaritas ARE amazing, and the food is great too. Friendly staff is awesome as well. What more could you ask for?
- Chips & salsa are bottomless... (Unlike Hell's Kitchen, but that's a different story.) And they're laced with crack. Gotta be.
