Arthur Mitchell: The beans and rice were average. The Surf and turf burrito had a flavorful crema sauce and the shrimp were cooked perfectly (not rubber). I have to say on first reading, this is Above average.
Arthur Mitchell: It's El Torito? The "pioneer in creating fresh, authentic Mexican" food? Who are they fooling? You get what do you expect lousy drinks and tasteless "gringo-ized" food.
Arthur Mitchell: In an old taco bell location, but don't let that stop you. It is clean and well run. The food is above average: excellent beans and rice and outstanding salsa bar.
Arthur Mitchell: A hole in the wall place. The burritos are tasty and very filling. Would go here more, but they are a cash only place...and I live in an ATM/Debit Card World.
Arthur Mitchell: Above-average taco joint. Carnitas, which is their signature dish, is above-average. But I had to ask for a lime. WOW. The beans were pasty and the rice ehhhn.
Arthur Mitchell: Below Average. Skimpy carne asada burrito that was not very flavorful. The 'hot' salsa was mild at best. The tostada shell was over cooked in old oil.
Arthur Mitchell: Below Average taco shoppe. Enchilada sauce was bland and the carne asada was tough and dry. Service was SLWWWW. My food sat for five minutes while the counter person took orders from others...

Arthur Mitchell: This place is filthy and has bad food. Unflavored beans that have been pureed to mush. The taco sauce was old and runny. The carne asada tough and bland.

Arthur Mitchell: For a sit down restaurant, the decor was dated to say the least and the food was average. Kind of weird to get charged for extra tortillas when they only gave us four to start. Cheap ass.
