Beer great, food: some good, some ok. Mustard is a bit disappointing.(Dijon, not authentic) Atmosphere: feels like home away from home. Will come back.

The beers come in different sizes, the largest being a 2-liter boot, and waitresses wear traditional Bavarian dirndls and ruffled blouses.

Plenty of other, more worthwhile beer gardens to go to. This place tries too hard to be authentic. Go to Radegast in Williamsburg instead.

the band loses it's charm very quickly but the beer is good, the bar is crowded, and the pretzels are hot n fresh out the kitchen.

The only authentic thing here is the beer. Below average food -- sausage was lukewarm, salads drowning in vinegar, schnitzel frozen. And i am qualified to pass this verdict having lived in Munich
