Currywurst outside of Berlin is hard to find. Their spin on this classic dish is really great and makes it a touch upscale. You can even have the fries replaced with Cous Cous :)

Awesome bar. Lots of good craft brews, great atmosphere, and the bartenders and managers are fantastic.

Truffle fries are a must! Their new summertime sangria ($8/glass) is delicious and packed with watermelon and peach.
My favorite happy hour spot in Harlem. The staff is friendly and the Fruli is a must if you're not really into "beer" like me- They've just added Maibock to their list of amazing beers. If you haven't had this before you need to. Take it from an ex-pat!! :)

Heads up: you know that sweet free beer you've been waiting for when you've checked in that 10th time? Brace yourself for sadness, it's basically the size of a thimble and only the house choice. :-(
Donald is the best. He and Dedeou are awesome. And they are my buddies. Love those guys and Chris, Ousmane, Adriano, the gals over there. My homies! :D

Xiano HNovember 11, 2012Service isn't bad at all like many have commented. Decent German/Belgian beer selection. Definitely try the Fruli. LOTS OF KIDS, even at 9pm on a Sat. Skip the food. Cash only but they do have an ATM.- truffle fries are delish. also be sure to try the reissdorf kolsch, the hofbrau, fruli, duvel or the fuller's (that last one is simply for my own nostalgia)

You will be greeted by a wonderful host named Donald and some of the best beers around the world. Try the Tusker beer from Kenya while you're at it!

Truffle fries are my absolute Fav! The crab cakes eggs Benedict is also really good!!!

One of the few places in Manhattan where you could find the Bronx Brewery's Pale Ale.
Fish tacos are terrific. Beer-wise, more American craft beer would be welcome.
In love with their Truffle Fries! Dip them in the chipotle mayo. Yum!
Definitely order the truffle fries with chipotle mayo! So delicious :)- The lamb burger is everything. Make the fries "truffle" - a must!
