If you like squid & octopus, try the Squid InkTagliatelle, Braised Spanish Octopus, Chilies, Preserved Lemon, Manchego Cheese. This dish is delicious! Wonderfully pronounced squid/octopus taste.
Veal and rabbittagliatellepasta dish was to die for! The free side, we picked string beans, was a perfect supplement to our meal. The Italian red wine by the glass was perfect with my dish.
A French Provencal bistro overlooking the Boston Public Garden, this restaurant found the ideal way to bring together the passion for ingredient-driven cuisine with a refined, classic technique.
Excellent service and excellent savory dishes. This is a place in the fine dining mold. I have, however, never been that impressed by the output of the pastry kitchen.
There’s no better place in town to indulge in wine and charcuterie, those most Gallic of pleasures, than here. The Boston Globe has named Bistro du Midi the city’s “Best French Restaurant."
(Best of Boston 2013-FRENCH) Improper Bostonian says, "No one ever refers to soufflé as "game-changing," but after tasting Bistro du Midi's, you might."
