- Washington PostSeptember 23, 2014Don't miss the pimento cheese frittata sandwich, either: It's part French, part Southern and all delicious. The coffee, from PT's in Topeka, Kan., is worth every drop, too. Read more

- Taylor ScottOctober 10, 2015I left my dorm looking for a great place to study and found it at the Blind Dog Cafe. Their sandwiches are amazing. The atmosphere is great. It's louder than a library, but I like loud study spaces.
- Their sandwiches are very good and come with a generous side salad. Also liked the mushroom salad and the iced coffee was really good too.
- Smells of delicious bacon, coffee is great, sandwiches/salads/soda all great, cookies amazing, lots of comfy seating, turns into a fun bar at night.
- No excuses, you HAVE to get a cookie. They've also got more than just quick bites—the salads and sandwiches are phenomenal (and a lot of food).
- Dara FisherMay 11, 2015Very charming independent cafe--a lovely place to do work with delicious cookies! Outdoor seating is also a plus.
- Amazing. I'm partial to the Turkey Sandwich. I hear their coffee is out of this world good. Best sandwich I've had in DC. Period.
- They get me. Go for the cold brew + chocolate chip cookies. Addtl seating in the back "bar".
- Blind Dog gets cool points for having an autographed photo of Angela Lansbury on display in the bathroom. However, it has sadly disappeared recently. A Murder, She Wrote-esque investigation's in order
- Michael BabyakJuly 20, 2013Easily one of the best tuna salad sandwiches I've ever had. Lime soda is delicious and the staff is pleasant.
- Eric CSeptember 15, 2014Great spot to chill. Living room style seating and decor. Blueberry Roobios tea was delicious!
- Allison AbbottDecember 23, 2015The cookie's amazing, but the service=cold (literally & figuratively: not nice, and the egg & sausage on my sandwich was cold). Very few comfy chairs to get cozy in. Loud 2000s music (Pink, really?)
- KayApril 22, 2013Opt for the Italian sodas. The staff recommends a "dreamsicle" -- a mix of the blood orange and vanilla flavors. Delicious!
- Jasmine Allyse StewartSeptember 14, 2013Cool spot! Great happy hour specials and perfect for after work or pre night out fun
- There are so many seats in such a small space, it's an experiment in hipster personal space etiquette.
- Will GartshoreMay 20, 2012Love this place. Try the beet salad with turkey and the passion fruit soda. Yum.

- Tammy GordonMarch 23, 2012Crazy good cherry blossom chocolate chip cookies! Breakfast sandwiches all weekend! Pup friendly! #ftw
- On a hot day ask for Greer's iced mocha. It's incredible.
