CarynJuly 25, 2012Among my favorite IPAs, and I've had two or three in my day. :). Best in Boulder County by a long shot.
July 2021, now Fritz Family Brewing. Remodeled with some updates and an excellent selection of traditional lagers & ales.- All are quality brews... They have two amazing Chilli brews... A golden and a stout that i recommend highly... Well being Singaporean and all.

Niwot's Neighborhood Brewery! Bootstrap Brewing is a production brewery with a tasting room. We don't serve food however there are many wonderful restaurants in Niwot and several will deliver to our tasting room. Chef Justin does sell small plates on Saturdays at 4 during live music performances.
