- Steve WattsMarch 17, 2015In desperate need of a refurb....shame as it has the potential to be a lovely hotel
- Rebekah CatheyJuly 4, 2013Most comfortable hotel bed I may have ever slept in! Beautiful historic hotel!
- Demps ChongOctober 24, 2012Lobby looks nice, good old historical early 1900s feel. But bed doesn't face tv hmmm
- Pedro CalaisJuly 11, 2013Dissapointed that a hotel of this standard charges for wi-fi in the rooms (as of July 11th 2013)
- Great hotel, huge rooms, no wireless internet unless you're in the lobby :(
- Pairings has an amazing Brunch on the weekends. You should check it out !
- Tell valet parking your coming back after you check-out.
- Rob HavasyJune 14, 2015Many rooms are tiny, even after recent renovations. The updated lobby ruined all of the grand character this hotel had and turned it into a joke. What a shame.
- Worst service I have had at a hotel. Room was supposed to be for 4 ppl and it didn't have a bed. Rude cleaning staff. No Wi-fi. Never come here!
- Katie FleuryDecember 31, 2011Found a dirty pair of men's boxers in the bed, will NEVER stay here again! It's expensive for what you get, our reservation was screwed up, we were lied to, and all in house resturaunts closed early
- Katelyn BarnesMarch 27, 2013For the price, I was unimpressed. The room was small, parking expensive and there were virtually no amenities.
- Bruce HorthNovember 22, 2011Very poor internet access. DHCP scopes become exhausted quickly on the lobby hotspot. Also, access in the room is $12.95 and access in intermittent and again, very slow.
- Liz CroftFebruary 15, 2012No free wifi anywhere now - not even in business lounge where you could pick up their restaurant. Nearest free is au Bon pain next door. Absolute pain and will not stay here again
- Jay ChinthrajahMarch 31, 2013Run far away. The Bullfinch is a nicer, cleaner, friendlier hotel; and it's cheaper.
- The room is too old and not as clean as I expected.
- Jonathan YarmisJune 15, 2010This hotel has seen better days. Internet not working, no cordless phone, old TV. Very disappointing, even for the money. Oh, and "premium" room has extra half bath (why??) And view...of a wall.
- Cancelled flight? Park Plaza will make it alright.
- Rob KirkbrideJanuary 25, 2011Dated, no heat, no Internet unless you are standing at the back of the lounge. Like an old lady that uses to be hot but is now just an old hag.
- Rodrigo Allimant AntoliseiMarch 8, 2016Lousy hotel. Tiny rooms, bad service. Only good point is location.
- Gross, call an exterminator to your room before you go in it. Bugs and mice everywhere
