- Rubén GarcíaSeptember 23, 2017Temple of steak, with many offerings for one and two persons. We got the t-bone for two and it was perfectly cooked. The foie gras starter was rich and delicious, but the octopus was not my favorite
- Dana DOctober 13, 2015The melt-in-your-mouth delectableness of the Bone-In filet and the NY Strip steaks will have you thinking you're eating butter. Top-notch wine list and great decor as well. A must for meaties.Upvoted Oct 14
- Ranu RajkarnikarNovember 13, 2015Great service and sleek interior. Don't miss the tartare or zucchini salad. Definitely try the duck lasagna and share the cote de boeuf. Cru 29 is the wine you want to drink - their sommelier is 👍.
- TAugust 1, 2018Good meat. It's on the pricy side but you get want you paid for. We got the 100 dry aged and it was super tender and flavorful. We also got lots of compliment dishes from the chef.
- Cali ZimmermanNovember 29, 2014By far the best meal experience I've had in a while. Ask for Joshua. Get the duck lasagna, cauliflower steak, PBJ dessert (actually get anything) and you will not be disappointed. Top notch all around
- Missy MackeyDecember 28, 2022Great service with a stunning presentation of steaks, everything was delicious. Got the porterhouse, whipped ricotta appetizer, shishito peppers, loaded baked potato and carrot cake (10/10)
- Andrea FerreyrosFebruary 8, 2016I came here for the Super Bowl and the food/service was great! We ordered primarily from the Super Bowl menu but ended it with this amazing, decadent smores Sunday dessert!!
- Nick AndlingerSeptember 8, 2016The ribeye was 🔥🔥 awesome. Totally not traditional since its marinated beforehand. Nice sear and great flavor. Can't wait to go back for the share dishes.
- AmateurConciergeAugust 14, 2015Broiled oysters and burrata are both excellent starters and the gratis rice balls. They tout the Bowery Steak but I didn't love the texture of the rolled steak. Donuts and coffee are a nice dessert.
- Sean SmithJune 17, 2017The Bowery steak is great, as is the ravioli. The ribeye and asparagus are pretty much perfect. I usually don't do desert, but they had this cast iron brownie with ice cream that was amazing!
- Layla AlotaibiJune 4, 2016They are new and gaining popularity so fast! Great service. Super friendly staff. Steak was on point I almost swiped my plate clean!
- Michael Fox-RabinovitzSeptember 7, 2015Fantastic experience on all levels : service, ambiance and food. Start with cauliflower steak and wagyu meatballs, duck lasagna and a burger after and you will love happy and waiting to return.
- Lindsey KimOctober 1, 2015Best happy hour ever! Great food and drink specials. Snack on the deviled eggs, duck lasagna, chicken liver & foie gras toasts, and meatball!
- HectorMarch 23, 2015Duck Lasagna is absolutely incredible. Amazing dish is very filling for two people. Make reservations. The cheeseburger is super fresh, delicious.
- Elyse EstradaSeptember 12, 2015You came for the large steak portions but the pork is secretly amazing. Great ambiance especially all the pros with businessmen during the weekday.
- Damian BayonaDecember 19, 2014Trendy steak/BBQ place with a burger that had me like whoaaaaaaa - also the cauliflower steak is a good appetizer
- Kevin ThompsonJuly 27, 2015The cheeseburger is one of the best in NY. Definitely start with the foie gras and oysters, but feel free to skip the pork belly. The desserts are all fantastic as well.
- Blake LJanuary 5, 2018So much more than just steak. But, the meat is really good! If you get the chance to meet the chef, Josh, ask him about his Salami chips!
- Alex BarzJuly 21, 2016Ask to see the meat board even if you're not ordering steak. It's worth it. Kumamoto oysters were fresh and flavorful. The steak and lobster were cooked to perfection.
- Elie BleierDecember 21, 2014Bone marrow & oxtail arancini balls were tasty. But very pushy staff, want to get you in and out quickly. When you're paying this much, let your clients take their time and enjoy the damn food!
- Sam WinnickFebruary 18, 2015The Short Rib Ravioli, Charred Hanger Steak, and NY Strip are all fantastic dishes. As far as potato sides go the Sour Cream and Onion Hash Brown is one for the books!
- Nicolette RomeroJuly 28, 2015Not your typical NY steakhouse! Skip the scallop appetizer, but definitely get the Bowery steak and PB&J dessert. And those pesto arancini balls they give you to start...👌
- Mike StrockoFebruary 22, 2015Drink this: Hanky Panky cocktail. Eat this: wagyu meatballs, oxtail and bone marrow arancini, short rib ravioli, cheeseburger, donuts and coffee.
- A new fave! Their Sunday industry nite is an especially great deal. Wonderful staff and service as well.
- Steven RosenblattAugust 18, 2017Duck Lasagna and Broiled Oysters are a must w/ any steak. Chef Capon always brings the best.

- Bryce RobertsMarch 11, 2015the steak tartare and Bowery steak are every bit as good as others have said. simply perfection.
- James KiernanDecember 14, 2016Bone in filet is my go to here but don't miss out on the pork belly app.
- Nina PaparattoFebruary 22, 2017Off menu item: duck wings ... they are amazing!!! Otherwise, everything on the menu is on point and you can't go wrong!
- Morgan BayerDecember 20, 2014The Bowery steak and the side of carrots are both VERY good! The steak was a perfect portion for someone who is small and very hungry!
- Claire J SongJune 1, 2015Cheeseburger, $22 this might be the only 30-day dry-aged seven-ounce LaFrieda patty that gets swiped with mustard, In-N-Out-style, before it’s seared on the plancha.
- Phil GrossMay 4, 2016I love this place and its location - - Splurge on a five star steak then run around the east village till 4 am!
- Ty McMahanJanuary 21, 2015T-bone for 2 was all that I hoped for. Crispy polenta and bitter greens were great to start. Donuts for desert.
- Jeremy CohenNovember 19, 2016Have them bring out the cuts so you can point at what you want them to cook. It elevates your ego to astounding new heights.
- Lauren LFebruary 12, 2022Great Caesar salad, ricotta toast, filet & espresso martini. Service was absolutely excellent as well.
- Stephen BarberMarch 15, 2023Wanted it to be better. Service was good if directional. For the price, I’ve had more delicious steak at Hawksmoore in London. Vibe was good though, old school…
- DanJanuary 20, 2016Go with the Bowery Steak (straight up without the toppings) or the Côte de Beouf for two
- jessica m. hintermeisterJanuary 7, 2015house cheeseburger (tomato-flavored aïoli, griddled onions, and a chewy layer of raclette cheese + fries)
- Briana AdlerNovember 4, 2014duck lasagna is amaaazing melt in your mouth delicious. lamb chops too. and the lobster.
- aldrena roquemore (hollins)July 24, 2017Best steak ever. Great cocktails. Be prepared to spend a lil $$$
- Alex GordonJanuary 20, 2016Steak tartare is tasty. Good food but very pricey. Wine list is over the top. Would rather go to a traditional steakhouse.
