Try the only roasted barley scotch whisky - the Signet. And feast your eyes in the tallest copper still is Scotland.
The Gin Connoisseur tour is very detailed and comprehensive. Taste three liqueurs, two gins and one gin and tonic.
If you do the tour and you say you're doing the driving, they'll give you all but one of your tasted in to go containers.
Nice big tv screens to watch games with a nice pint of Guinness or some local beer. Not too crowded either.
The bartenders here are knowledgable and very quick at making complex drinks. Cocktails are so well made.
