Brandon F.: This is a must for any aviation/maritime enthusiasts. Nice selection of aircraft and all on a carrier that saw action during WWII (Kamikaze strikes) — decommissioned in the 70’s.

Brandon F.: Great sandwiches and other types of healthy fare.

Brandon F.: A great place to take a leisurely stroll along the reservoir. Also great for cyclists and runners.

Brandon F.: A must see for any baseball or sports fan. Don’t bring the kiddos if they don’t have much patience. 😉

Brandon F.: Some of the best paninis I’ve had, hands down.

Brandon F.: A beautiful area and a great place to explore colonial architecture before America was ever America. Great for history buffs.

Brandon F.: Made to order — you basically design your own doughnut. Neat-o!

Brandon F.: A mellow Aussie restaurant with a decent avocado toast, pulled pork benedict and generous mimosas.

Brandon F.: A beautiful place to hike — especially in autumn for the colors.

Brandon F.: Wife and I ordered a soup kit that came with locally sourced meat and vegetables. By far the best home made soup we’ve eaten that can be prepared in your own kitchen.

Brandon F.: Excellent clam chowder and fish & chips — not greasy and a nicely textured batter that stays. 🤙

Brandon F.: There is a lot to see and do here if you want to escape the busy city.

Brandon F.: Great selection of cheeses. Their frozen pizzas are also worth a mention. 🤙

Brandon F.: A true architectural achievement. You’ll also find Rafaello (Rafael), Victor Emmanuel II and his son Bonito I entombed here.

Brandon F.: The pictures left by those who’ve left their tips have done it justice. It’s one of the oldest churches in Roma. It’s also some of the most beautiful (and oldest mosaics) I’ve ever laid my eyes on.

Brandon F.: It is one of the oldest buildings in Florenzia. The mosaic marble inlays on the floors and the ceilings are a site to behold. A majority of the Medici family were baptized here.

Brandon F.: Excellent collections of sculptures, renderings, paintings and models of the Duomo — especially Brunelleschi’s dome.

Brandon F.: Excellent seafood — especially their soup.

Brandon F.: Excellent Roman sculptures and frescos on the ceilings. You’ll also see paintings from Rembrandt, Tintoretto, de Vinci and Michelangelo. The portraits of the Medici’s by Bronzino were a favorite.

Brandon F.: You can’t go wrong with anything here. I recommend the VinSanto latte — single origin drip coffee with Vin Santo wine foam. 👌

Brandon F.: A good place for burgers. If they’re serving donkey and horse meat in some of their creations, I’m surprised they haven’t come up with a burger or sandwich called “The Horse’s Ass”. C’est la vie.🤷‍♂️

Brandon F.: Can’t beat their fried panzerotti. Go for the classic cheese or cheese and ham.

Brandon F.: I’ve seen some complaints about the price, but I found them quite reasonable for the quality and quantity. Professional staff and good cuisine all around.
