Brewer's Republic is one of the best bars in town. The owners really know how to treat their customers. The food is amazing. Maybe some other bars should come take some notes.- I might be biased because I work here but this place is the best. Amazing craft beer selection.

Jason MMarch 25, 2012Stick to the fried mozzarella and house made chips & onion dip. The fried mushrooms are too juicy/greasy.
Check out a beer dinner. Awesome way to try new beers and food!
I like that some of the servers hang out here to drink and talk even when they are off.
