- Really great place for a quick and inexpensive lunch... Or to go watch the game with friends... Plenty of seating inside & out, plus a ridiculous amount of beers on tap! The manager, James, is great!
- L Troy AdamsJune 29, 2013This spot is incredible! The best burgers I've had in the the Triangle so far...And the atmosphere is real chill...Very cool waitstaff.
- Ate here for the first time today. Got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was probably one of the best I've had in North Carolina.
- The News & ObserverJuly 9, 2012Try a handful of entree temptations such as brown butter North Carolina flounder and Battlefield Black lager-braised pork belly. The menu also sports helpful beer pairing suggestions. Read more
- Downtown RaleighDecember 26, 2011Huge beer list and unbelievable food! Try one of their gourmet burgers for only $6.99, or their PBR chicken wings. The BBQ and the chicken biscuit are also great.
- Heather LaBoneJanuary 18, 2014Cuban sandwich was amazing! Staff was so friendly and personable. We will be back!
- Jini LumsdenMay 27, 2012Pint of Bacon That's right! A pint glass filled with thick cut house made candied bacon. Choose a sauce. Orange chipolte, jalapeno apple
- Mary SaulsSeptember 29, 2012This place has a lot of potential but the staff is uneducated about the beer and menu. Restaurant is completely unorganized. Manager knows what she is doing but can't do it all alone! Food was great.
- Heather LaBoneJanuary 18, 2014Kristen was the best!! Thank you so much for your outstanding service!
- Two Guys PizzaApril 9, 2013Seriously... Who can say no to a free pint of bacon serenaded by awesome, live and local music?
- Used to eat here more often. The food has gone downhill. The philly cheese steak is topped with what I'm pretty sure is straight cheese whiz.
- If you're at all curious what the expression "hit and miss" means, come here a few times.
- Robert HorvickOctober 28, 2012Good selection of beers. You can park in the back lot after business hours.
- This place rocks! A pint of bacon is the bomb and so is Desta!
- Great beer selection and their caramelized apple burger is amazing!
- Kelsey NicoleApril 15, 2014Really slow service on a dead Monday night. Then server charged me full price on my happy hour beer. I told her and she fixed only 1 of 2 beers. Had to tell her again to fix. Food was okay.
- Evan KinneyOctober 29, 2012This is the absolute worst service I've had in downtown Raleigh. Despite being completely dead, it took ten minutes to get our first beer, and that was only after I got up and reminded the bartender.
- Have to try trivia night and the short ribs queso Read more
- Beware the bbq field peas much too hot and spicy!
- Chris KingJune 8, 2012The food was really good, but the service was subpar. Not a great place for lunch if you have to get back to work quickly.
- Service is kind of slack. Get promises but no delivery. Kind of get ignored. Have to give the look and step out of ones boundary for help it seems.
- Love me some Sweet Josie Brown. Try the fried avocados! Yummm
- Truly some of the worst service you can find in Raleigh. Looking forward to another reopening under a new name again.
- Alan OatleySeptember 29, 2011Sitting here at bar for 5 min!! Bartender walked by 3 times without a word!!! WTF!!!
- Alex MarshMarch 9, 2011This place has alot of potential, but the staff needs to be well versed in craft beer.
- emFebruary 8, 2014Don't come here! Shitty service, ignored for at least 10 mins; cold food; limited and lame menu. Tap beer ok. Would rather go anywhere else for beer and better food.
- Mike AycockMay 4, 2011Food still good from when it was Cherry Bomb. Service still sucks and understaffed at lunch. Ignored 3 times by waitress .
- BryanMarch 26, 2013Second time I've been here...both times took forever to get our food and then it came out cold. Never again.
