Just learned, they pay all staff including manager minimum wage. Then charge service charge of 12.5% on top of prices some of which goes to all staff. Comes across as stingy. Pay your staff better.

Used to be much better value but now they charge for fries and salad so you’re paying £20 just for a brioche bun with some lobster...
