The tea leaf salad and all the soups are my choice. A bowl of soup can be shared up to 5 people. Come in group.

You MUST get the tea leaf salad. It is the best thing I've ever eaten. For entree suggestions the waiters won't steer you wrong. Also- the communal table is fun!

Anything on their fried rice is pretty much awesome. Mongolian style is possibly my favorite. Also, it is amazing how a good tea makes for the best lunchtime beverage.

Unbelievably delicious. Get the rainbow salad, samosa soup, and burma cooler (ginger beer). Don't take reservations - get your name on the list & wait at coffee shop across the street - they'll call.

Yes, the tea leaf and rainbow salads. But also, the Chili Lamb is spectacular. Spicy, bold and incredibly tender.

This authentic Burmese eatery is life-changing, according to Fiona. Be sure to order the traditional tea leaf salad, made from fermented tea leaves, and sesame chicken or beef.

If you're a vegetarian, you're better off enduring the wait for Burma Superstar. Unfortunately the abbreviated menu at B Star is heavily tilted towards meat eaters. That said, it is outstanding food.
