- They have a great juice bar, highly recommend. And the soy bacon cheeseburger (hold the mushrooms) is awesome. Perfect for vegans, vegetarians and those gluten-free babies.
- Best brunch in New York City. Get the Big Blossom Breakfast (tofu scramble + fried green tomatoes, among other things!) or the amazing French Toast w/ yogurt and fresh fruit...or both!

- Physique 57May 26, 2011Although they change their menus regularly depending on the season, a staple dish that they usually have year round is the Phyllo Roulade. A must try!
- The crostini tapas are great! :) don't have the parfait unless you like super sweet desserts. It's very rich. For $10 the parfait isn't worth trying
- Best of the Blossom spots. Almost my favorite vegan restaurant in NYC.
- The black eyed pea cake also plus 1 on southern seitsn samdwhich. Those are the only two things you need here
