Coaster AddictJuly 26, 2014Carowinds is the only park that spans across and into two different states! We recommend that you ride Nighthawk and Intimidator first thing in the morning to avoid longer lines!

I love this place to spend the day all the rides are fun!! Initmidator & nighthawk are must rides!! Boomerang bay is also fun.
Only 4 great coasters and not a lot to do if you don't like coasters. Needs more family rides and shades. It gets way too hot during the summer.
Sarah HartmanApril 19, 2013Personally, I loved the after burn and the nighthawk. Admission is a little pricey, but if you have a military ID, it's only $30-something.
I am in love with the Intimidator...so smooth for those that are apprehensive. It is really high...but a great ride. The power hour is cool too They get you off an on the ride so quickly!
