absolutely perfect hotel. right on an ideal section of Playa Tulum with nice / clean rooms, a great staff, amazing food and drinks, and all at great value. i will be back.
we ate at 5 different restaurants in Tulum and nothing came close. the skirt steak was as good as I've ever had and the pineapple habanero margs are tasty and potent.
best pure Mexican place we went to in Tulum. don't miss this place or the stuffed jalapeno app.
take a break from Mexican one night while you're in Tulum to go here. the homemade pastas are as good as the character owner will tell you they are.
good spot on the beach for brunch of lunch. great views and good grub. if you are biking to and from the ruins a good stop on the way back.
worth the trip to see ruins in a setting like this. grab some bikes and head down the main road from town. make sure to get there as close to when it opens at 8 or don't go, the crowds get nuts at 9
same owners at Hartwood. if you couldn't get in there go here. very cool bar in the back from drinks if you have to wait at all. food was interesting, but not my favorite in Tulum.
good place to do some yoga if you want a change of pace from your hotel's classes.
