    Its a wonderful hospital. The departments ive been to were very good and the staff helpful. The wards a very pleasant as a visitor or as a patient. Ambulamce staff are very pleasant and helpful.

    The emergency department was so efficient and professional. The best time is early in the morning on the weekend . Its free for visitors to London

    You can't use the stairs even if you want to because they are locked shut. You need a staff pass. You have to wait ages for the lifts.

    the emergency service is just a shit. more than 3 hours waiting for some doctor. the nurses really do not choose the priority patients. terrible experience! they dont care about people really need
