Staff is friendly and the managers really make sure your meal is to your liking. They really care about their customers. Order the Flame-grilled ribeye - it's delicious!!- For a chain restaurant, Chili's lunch is pretty stellar. $6.99 for bottomless salad, soup and chips and salsa.
