Our specialty coffees use beans ground on-the-spot & made via the European, "Counter Culture" method of brewing which creates a finer, sweeter espresso w/ a light "crema." This is combined w/ hands-on (vs. automatic machine) frothing of milk into micro-beads to create a foamier, sweeter, richer latte. Coffy is pleased to be able to present specialty coffee beans from a variety of regions roasted by local & national roasters.
