Colonie was disappointing. The waitress was overly pushy. The pork chop was delicious, but was extremely fatty. The extreme darkness of the restaurant made it hard to eat since I couldn't see my food.

This restaurant was funded as a kickstarter project. I just love that. The food is also awesome.
