Coney Island is looking better. It has new rides at Luna Park & cheap baseball games at the home of the Cyclones. The beach/ boardwalk are still a work in progress but I love the Aquarium.

One of the nicest places in Coney Island. Boardwalk is pretty for watching the sunset. Fishing looks good.

Street eats are always a fav. Try to steer clear of the modern take out fair I.e. Popeyes etc. grab a snack from the boardwalk or get that world Famous Nathan dog

Hmm. Lots of people selling beers and empanadas out of backpacks. Glass shards everywhere. Hypo needle caps everywhere. I'll go to Rockaway next time. They have clean bathrooms there,

born here.as a kid here in summers to swim eat ride the cyclone..40 yrs later i visit here and ran the full boardwalk recently and its a treat for the eyes.

Perfect summer friday : aquarium for free 3pm-5pm, cyclones game at 7, fireworks on the beach at around 930 or 10. Seriously watch the fireworks.
