- AdnaMarch 30, 2015Came here for lunch. Coogan sampler was delicious. Salmon dish was made well. And their tres leches cake was amazingly delicious and rich.
- Lilly SanchezMarch 29, 2014Amazing service. If it wasn't because I was with people that had been there before, I would probably have passed it by. The hanger steak sandwich is amazing, the steak just melts in your mouth
- bolandMarch 30, 2019I was apprehensive ordering a beer on draft after warnings, but I had a Dyckman tripel. Only craft beer on the menu and I have to say the beer was good, and didn’t notice any off flavors from taps
- Harlem AmbassadorApril 1, 2013This is a holdover from the once dominant Irish population in this hood. The bar keeps 'em comin', The dining room and party room seem secondary to that bar. Excellent brunch for washing down booze.
- Psychedelic MessFebruary 9, 2016great for burgers, sandwiches and there fries are Divine(freshly made). The sangria is also delicious.
- Bill O'LearyFebruary 13, 2015Multi-tasking as the NYC track hall of fame and a good old Irish bar and restaurant. Easy to get to on the A train.
- Cassie WallaceJanuary 29, 2016America's Track Bar. Jerseys and running memorabilia cover the walls and ceiling as you chow down on basic bar food and good beers.
- Michael GreenJune 29, 2014Big brunch is great!!! Captain jack is amazing! Awesome staff and excellent location a must visit!!
- Scott JonesAugust 7, 2013Honestly friendly here. A welcomed thing coming from a hospital. Quite a nice bar too. The Guinness does the trick.
- Mozzarella stuffed meatballs over fettuccine pasta- OMG DELISH!!
- Great restaurant with tasty food, friendly atmosphere and yummy drinks! The outdoor patio is awesome if the weather is right.
- Kev SkinnyOctober 1, 2015This is more about the history than the culinary experience. A bunch of famous people somehow found themselves all the way the hell up here. Got the Shepard pie. It sucked.
- I can't stand these dumb Fs that keep saying to go to Pipers Kilt 'up the road'. Yes, P.Kiilt has better food but it's 40blocks away! Coogans is Coogans. It's good for a drink & they're bike friendly
- New Beers: Stella Artois, 60 Min IPA (Dogfish), Hurricane Kitty, & Blue Moon Valencia Grove.
- stay away from the tap beer, taps are dirtylines are filthy, makes for gross beer. and the fast metro meal is overpriced. service is great, most of the food is good too
- DevontaFebruary 28, 2016Washington Heights watering hole. CHEERS style decor. Feels a little outdated.
- Dan GeigerNovember 4, 2012Pretty sure the "pesto mayo" on the Tuscan panini was "pesto miracle whip." Crime against humanity. Otherwise a great neighborhood stop.
- Diverse group, good (diverse) music, great kareoke.. Amazing staff!, Cindy is the veteran bartender!
- Make sure you tip the bartenders accordingly or you might be the one getting a roofie
- They have weekend brunch specials that extend to MONDAY!! YAY!
- Bruce C.October 3, 2012Our favorite local bar. Great bartenders. If you don't eat meat you have few choices, but the portobello burger is delicious. Pay a little extra & get the fries AND the salad. Karaoke 3 nights a week!
- 400 calorie shrimp salad is the best, really fills you up.
- Yocari LaraApril 27, 2012Word of caution, DON'T "Rap-Karaoke" unless you know the lyrics inside out!
- Cool place but they should have Tour I would like to see everything on the wall
- G WongAugust 20, 2011Shepherds pie and the pita hummus ate great. Service is below average though for the price range.
- Akshay NavleMay 6, 2010The Coogans Double Amber is a decent beer that can hold its own. Go ahead and try one.
- Jerry is the best bartender!!! He can whip you up anything you'd like!
