    Whatever they use to smoke the brisket - wonderful. The fatty parts are heavenly, the lean parts are ok. I'm not a fan of pork ribs, but here they are terrific. Also great: come slaw, patio, service!

    The brisket was amazing. I would go back and get brisket, potato salad and cobbler. Done. We got there at 10am on a Saturday. The line and wait gets long so I would get there early!

    Best brisket on the planet! Chopped w/sauce mixed in is killer!! Pulled pork , turkey, and pork ribs are also great...never a bad day here because it’s smoked all day, ever day. Great people!

    I had the brisket, pork ribs and sausage. All tasty. Really wanted a beef rib but they only have those on saturdays. For me brisket>pork ribs>sausage

    (they had the wrong address!)...i was hoping to get a baked potato but it was sold out. But the brisket sandwich was like heaven in my mouth and loaded with brisket, enough to make 2 sandwiches! 😍

    Brisket is king here, followed closely by pork spareribs. Big beef plate ribs are available on Saturdays, and are excellent!

    I missed out on the ribs so i sttled for a two meat sandwich it is a bit pricey but the portion is decent the pork is a bit on the sweet side and not totally seasoned but still tasty

    The beef rib was all that was left but I wasn't disappointed. The crust was a delightful pepper rub a day the beef was slow cooked to perfection.

    It opens at 11:00, but the line starts around 10:00 and it's open until the BBQ runs out, which is usually pretty early afternoon.

    The brisket is top notch but the pulled pork holds its own. I'd put this pork up against anything the south has to offer.

    All of this plus a sweet tea and a beer for $45. And the BBQ results are in, yes it's fantastic and priced well, I say too well. OuR Personal Fave Pulled Pork. Everything was delish and tender!!
