Nice ambiance at lunch with the Blues playing. Great, New Orleans style, friendly service. I had Duck Confit meat pie and a side of dome of the city's best jambalaya. I recommend!!

Skip the $3 side salad. It's a tiny bowl of mixed greens with 2 slices of tomato. DO try the daily pot pie... turkey/sausage one is unreal!

They do a brunch menu on Sundays...no pizza. :( But the hostess was very polite in directing us to a good pizza spot in the neighborhood. We'll be back during our next visit to the NOLA.

This Perfect Tin Amber was on tap and only $2 because I ordered it during "happy hour" before 7 PM.

Best sausage in town and the Mac and cheese is the only Mac and cheese I will eat. Very friendly staff especially co-owner Bart Bell ;)

The redneck brisket is outstanding, the BBQ chips are a nice touch with this sandwich. Service staff is friendly and knowledgable. Great place!

The best (or at least most whimsical) dish? “A Link,” which is one link of sausage, whatever the chef feels like sending your way. [Eater 38 Member]

Featured on Heat Seekers season 1. The hot sausages is the first one in the episode. Bad Bart's Black Jambalaya is the 2nd item.

Mac' N Cheese is the bizness! Get it! Everything else is awesome too! House made chips... Go for it! Nice craft beer selection as well. Mixed sausage plate is a good choice too.

Pizza crust tasted like a soft saltine cracker. But the vibe was great and the service was awesome.

Met Brian Ettinger and Jay Combe for tapas. Small portions not usually my thing, but the pizza was quite good. 3 out of 5 beans (That's stars to non NOLA peeps)

Was disappointed with the food. Small smokies were good but left me feeling greasy. Fried mac & cheese was soupy not gooey.
