- Raymond H.August 22, 2019Very close to SFO. Good rates, considering the location and convenience. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable rooms. Nice bar area and restaurant.
- The shuttle drivers are so amazing. Not only knowledgable but also very kind. Make sure you tip them as they work hard!!
- Eden EssJune 19, 2017It has a good location but the rooms are meh. What makes this a great place to stay is the staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly so I would choose to stay here over other hotels in the area.
- Billy LawMarch 3, 2016Call Crowne Plaza SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT to reserve a room today! We offer business and family-friendly hotel accommodations at affordable prices. At Crowne Plaza SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT,
- Greg LemanNovember 15, 2016Free breakfast is pretty good. Construction on the new interchange is a mess. If you're coming from the north your gps is wrong. You can't get there from here.
- Cristiane RachidJanuary 9, 2014They have earplugs and relax care kit available at the room. And a good idea of "clip" to keep the blackout courtine closed.
- Nickel and dimed! Parking sucks! $16 a day for an empty parking lot and $10 a day for Internet? Ridiculous! Oh the shuttle drivers are Rude. Rooms and other staff??Awesome. Location? Awesome!
- FionaMay 13, 2013There are much better places to stay slightly closer to the airport. Shuttle to hotel/airport is really slow - don't expect it to be on time especially early in the morning.
- Edit: there's a coffee maker w pods in the room, but bfast isn't free & every cup of coffee/juice is extra
- If you have a choice, the Crown Plaza in Foster City is much nicer
- Julio EnmanuelleJune 28, 2013Hotel is so so not that many option like bus shuttle to a radius of 3 miles like other hotels! Internet is wack and staff seems not to known about the area! I won't be back here again
- Watch out, this place will nickel and dime you to death. $20/day parking, $10/day internet.
- Philipp KandalMarch 30, 2010The wifi pw in the rooms is user: plaza pw: crowne with this you don't need to pay the 10 bucks extra
- Kristen SayersSeptember 6, 2011I was able to return my Hertz rental car at the hotel and did not have to pay for parking. Only Hertz provides this service.
- In dire need of a reno/gut-job. For the price there are much better hotels nearby.
- No coffee maker or bottle waters in rooms! $18 for parking per day now
- Santi CabezaSeptember 24, 2011Avoid being charged for commodities like WiFi. Username and password are : plaza
- connect/connect works. No time limit. Given by front desk. 5/20/11
- Wifi:plaza/plaza. The windows are thin and 101 is loud.
- Small rooms and freeway traffic noise. Not real bad but you can hear it.
- Aron EakerMay 6, 2012The rooms are tiny they charge 18 dollars for parking and they charge for wi-five and no fridge for the price this place sucks
- Zachary ZorbasSeptember 8, 2012You can't open the windows on high level floors. No airflow at all. Horrible.
- The worst hotel I've stayed in a long time. And I'm in multiple hotels a week. Will not be coming back.
