- CraftBeer in Madison area is best in US. Great Dane has best beer & food in airport.Drink Local when in Madtown. You can drink your Miller & Anheiser Busch swill when you land elsewhere.

- The yellow cabs are part of a worker owned coop. The drivers and staff own their company on a one member on vote basis, which is why the have health care. Support worker coops and take a Union Cab.
- Wow, these epic consulting company ads are everywhere...they are trying really hard to recruit epic kids and get epic clients....Nordic, sagacious, symphony, orchestrate, divergent, physician ptners!
- Now has water bottle filling stations with cold water. Bring your empty bottle through security and fill up before boarding.
- Don't forget to donate too the troops when you come through the gift shop. All items you donate are sent to the 115th fighterwing of the air national guard right next door!!
- Love the jazz plying in the terminals. This is the best place to listen to jazz music in Madison.
- Small easy to get around airport. Most people go up to the TSA checkpoint in the center of the terminal.. But if you have TSA pre check.. It's quicker to walk to the end of the terminal and go up.
- Can easily drive up to pick up family and friends from the curb. Calling and getting into an Uber is also super easy
- Excellent airport. Clean and everyone is friendly. Security is extremely efficient.
- As clean as airport can be. Great Dane in the terminal. Security lines are short, TSA crew is much more friendly than most. I don't want to light myself on fire after sitting down in this airport.
- One of BEST (if not THE best) airports to fly in/out of. Friendliest TSA, and comfy leather couches open to all!
- Such an easy airport to travel in and out of. I love that you can watch the F-16 jets take off from the shared runways!

- Metcalfe's opened a new food stand near gate 8. It's got great natural and healthy options for snacks and meals.
- It's possible to bike to this airport via paths. and bike parking is covered and free. Best airport parking deal anywhere.
- There's TSA pre if you qualify. I love you, TSA pre.

- Why wait at your gate? Enjoy one of the squishy comfy recliners or couches between gates 5 & 4 before your flight. #naptime
- Use BMO bank? Free ATM to the left of the Great Dane. Need a Cheesehead? Grab one at the gift shop on the way to baggage.
- Fastest (regional) airport to get through. Fast security. Don't have to walk far to your gate 😂
- There's a Great Dane Pub inside the security checkpoint that makes waiting for your flight far more enjoyable

- Flying into or out of this airport? Plan for delays to/from. We now make the 1hr drive to MKE to minimize issues. On the bright side, it's so small that you'll be through security in a blink!

- If you have time stop at the Great Dane and sample some awesome local brews. I'm partial to the Crop Circle Wheat myself.
- The area near gates 11-13 is great for watching planes/weather and is relatively quiet.
- You can get a 20 oz. Beer and beer bread at the Great Dane for $10!
- Generally no need to show up super early as the check in and security lines are usually small.

- Find a nice chair to sit in. There are comfortable ones around
- If you like dark roast coffee, don't miss the 'black thunder' blend. It's worth the trip.
- Fly in at night, sit first class and make sure it's a charter jet.
- Easy airport to get in and out of. The food options have got much better.
- Bus route information available at counter near baggage claim. Schedule also posted on shelter, across road from Door 6.
- Stop at the Great Dane for a Bloody Mary or beer
- This is my favorite airport of all time! Quiet, small, easy to park, rent car, drop off. Wish the cost were a bit cheaper.
- If you have an early morning flight use security checkpoint at south end of terminal--rarely a line. Open Til 7 am
- For international flights, 90 minutes is MORE than enough time to check in!
