Take the ferry boat from Anacortes to get here. This is an excellent small town and the view is amazing.

Take the monorail to or from 5th & Pine for only $2 each way. Plus you HAVE to see the view during the day & in the evening. Book a ressie at Sky City for dinner & get the Lunar Orbiter for dessert.

Bring a towel, a picnic or a snack, mosquito repellent, plus a good book... Then relax and take in the "Daily" carillon music around the Singing Tower. The gardens are gorgeous as well...
Make sure to book the Candlelight Processional dining package to ensure a seat in the band shell. Standing in the back is nuts and waiting in line is worse. Its totally worth the price of the package.
