This spot serves up delicious halal pastrami, it has a signature mix of sweet & spice, and with a sizable “small” selling for only $8, it’s a crazy-good deal. Order the killer Reuben sandwich. Read more

So damn good. A great alternative to Katz or 2nd Ave Deli if you are (or live) in Brooklyn. No crowds, delicious bountiful Jewish deli style sandwiches, for half the price of the big names

The corned beef/brisket combo is amazing. Also, the fries were perfectly done - crispy on the outside, NOT mushy on the inside. And the fellow at the counter was as niceas could be.

Non-negotiable: you have gravy with your brisket sandwich. Also the pastrami is insanely juicy and delicious. I’ll never go back to Katz’s.

Pastrami is lean, on the dryer side, but really nicely spiced. A solid pastrami sandwich! Pickles are great too.

David's Brisket House in Bed-Stuy is one of those hole-in-the-wall-but-really-good-at-one-thing type of NYC restaurants. Delish.

Only in NY. A Muslim-run Jewish deli. GOOD pastrami and their Brooklyn Cheesesteak is made with brisket. A Bed-Stuy gem.

The prices have jumped up ($12 for a regular), and there's no longer a small option. The pastrami is still killer, though.

A Jewish deli institution now operated by Muslims. Great brisket and pastrami: tender, full bodied, and resoundingly rich.
