One of the best Macanese/Portuguese restaurants in Macau and Raymond Vong is a wonderful host. Look out for the African Chicken, Clams and Crispy Pigeon. The US Rib-Eye Steak is excellent too

El Bulli, this is not, but if you’re looking for decent Spanish cuisine in Macau, try La Paloma. Overall the food was enjoyable, abeit slighly pricy and there is an excellent wine list to choose from

Recently lost its Michelin star but I think Chef Anthony Alaimo is a talented chef & will no doubt regain its star. Great pasta and one of the best pizzas in town and cheaper than Pizza Hut
One of the top Italian restaurants in town if Michele Dell`aquila is cooking the food, recent white truffle dinner was outstanding. The Sunday brunch is probably the best in town too.

Eileen Stow is a bit of a character and is making one of the best, if not the most famous Portuguese egg tarts in town. Judging by the queues, i think everybody agrees with me.
One of the best tonkotsu ramen in town? made with intense pork bone broth just like back home in Kyushu. Not an easy place to get a seat so I should not recommend it but i do.
Have not been back to the recently renovated Treasure Palace but I know that if Chef Tam Kwok Fung is around, then the food is normally excellent. Traditional Cantonese and Dim Sum cooked with flair

Food was very good, portions are huge and best described as simple, authentic & hearty. Service with a smile is somewhat lacking but the food is the star of the show.

Very good dim sum in a elegant and luxurious setting. The individual hot pot set price buffet for dinner is wonderful value too with fresh lobsters, crab and wagyu beef
