- Sarah RosenthalSeptember 2, 2013Great, non-snooty Williamsburg bar with a New Orleans vibe, back patio, and an impressive menu. Not to mention insanely delicious Lucy Roux creole food being served up fresh on weekends!
- Andrea BarrezuetaSeptember 23, 2014Dog friendly unpretentious bar in williamsburg... Very much a fan. You can order food from any places nearby giving you tons of options. Bartenders are great.
- Leslie ChungAugust 6, 2012I love the atmosphere and the drinks selection. Their patio is comfy and lovely. I do wish they'd pour a little heavier on the drinks though. Measuring out exactly one shot seems very un generous.
- Pop-up restaurant Lucy Roux is here on weekends making tasty fried egg plant, yam fries, gumbo, empanadas, etc. It's all good ;)
- Cooper SmithJune 24, 2012When looking over the beer menu, find the one with "retirement special" - whichever beer has been tapped the longest is offered for half off. Visit on Sunday's for Saints games and New Orleans BBQ
- Cooper SmithJune 13, 2012A decent spot to watch the New Orleans Saints. Though they only have 1 TV, they make up for it with the Tchoup Shop in the backyard with New Orleans BBQ and great beer selection. Who Dat
- Brew YorkAugust 3, 2011A bit roomier and more low-key than its East Village cousin, the Williamsburg d.b.a. boasts an impressive beer and spirits selection, and three rotating cask beers curated by expert Alex Hall.
- ReALTOFebruary 8, 2012Love this place. New Orleans bar with a HUGE selection of beer. Much more relaxed than the East Village location, especially on the weekends.
- The best selection of imported draft and bottle beer I have ever seen. They have trivia nights on Wednesday nights, too, if you're into showing off useless knowledge.
- Sly & Rye: Shot of Old Overholt Rye Whiskey and a can of Sly Fox Pikeland Pils for $6. Highest quality shot + beer special in The 'Burg!
- David GreenbergerOctober 20, 2014All the goodies... Pool, games, patio, ragtime jazz. Dare I say... Better than the east village location.
- On Sundays they now have Tchoup House in the backyard, a pop-up New Orleans style restaurant with cheap, amazing food. Try the fried balls. Trust.
- DJ PDecember 16, 2012Sly and Rye - best $6 I never spent. Dart boards are amazing. Bring your own chalk if you have it, though
- d.b.a. BrooklynFebruary 3, 2013Super Bowl Sunday - $4 Lagunitas and Speak Easy Drafts plus food provided by Bunnys North South!
- Wednesdays at dba feature an amazing jam session of rotating young musicians from Brooklyn. And sometimes dudes from bands like Ween, too
- Josef PfeifferJuly 27, 2014Cask beer served at the proper temperature - better than draft and hard to find state side.
- UntappdAugust 24, 2012On your way to Brooklyn Brewery check out this outdoor drinking delight! Always a good choice on hot summer day.
- Jeremy PerryApril 26, 2013Good craft beer selection and a nice back patio that stays shady most of the day.
- Katherin SonApril 15, 20144 tvs, a pool table, photo booth plus board games!!! I don't remember all this being here before...
- Sandra RubinchikAugust 31, 2014Don't be scared to shirk the extensive beer menu and order up an adult Arnie Palmer.
- Bunnys North South being served for Super Bowl...delicious!! You cant beat their $4 draft special
- Open until 4am every night & never close early. Lots of space and a quaint patio. Hope Gavin is bartending.
- Kate CiurejMay 18, 2012The $6 Sly and Rye special is awesome: a can of SlyFox Pilsner and a whiskey pour!
- Grab a cask IPA (or a regular) and a mezcal, great combination of spices!
- The best neighborhood bar in Williamsburg. Try the spicy bloody mary on a Sunday afternoon.
- David FurferoAugust 26, 2009Simon Glenn's backyard Tchoup Chop BBQ @ d.b.a. Williamsburg. Only on Sundays. Grilled boudin. N'awlins peel-and-eat shrimp. Barbecued oysters. And of course, the beer.
- Always a $3 draft with the "keg retirement program", best beer deal in Williamsburg.
- The oldest draft on the menu is half price - probably the best deal on awesome beer in the neighborhood!
- Tracy Causey JefferyMarch 6, 2011Great craft beer selection, love the Monday tastings and the bartenders are wonderfully helpful
- Domino BrooklynAugust 8, 2011Be sure and sample the New Orleans-style BBQ from Tchoup Shop, available only on Sundays.
