Toyoko Line NICE! Limited express gets you to and from Shibuya quick. Make sure you don't take the blue train if you're heading to Shibuya. Minatomirai continues as local further southeast.

This is the easiest and least busy station to access the Keisei Skyliner and ordinary lines to and from the airport. Forget Shinjuku, Tokyo and Shinagawa, this is so much easier.
this has to be one of the most functional airports in the world. takes a while to get to where you need to go but it's always clean and you can't get lost.
