Not a bad sandwich on the menu, and I have methodically worked my way through it in its entirety. Standouts are the Seattle Cure, the Gypsy Rose or the Ballard Lox !!! Glorious sandwich awesomeness

Step up to "the mountain" of corned beef and pastrami - a beautiful sandwich in a standout Seattle deli. Super impressed.

All their sandwiches are excellent, and the soup of the day never disappoints. My personal favs are the Fire of 1889, the Reuben, and the Chief Sealth Bomber (French dip)

Have tried pavo diablo and lamb shank and both were delicious. Nice vibe, more hip than the other delis in Pioneer Square, great for a sit down weekend lunch.

Get the Shank Lamb or try the special. Their oyster chowder is also fantastic. Other sandwiches to note: Chief Stealth Bomber, Pavo Diablo and the Mudd Honey.

Come here if you want to enjoy a good lunchmeat style sandwich. Sandwiches were decently expensive. If you want something cheesy and heavy I would recommend going down the street to Tat's instead.

Mike is pretty rad. If it weren't for the staff, I'd be eating at Tat's a lot more frequently! Get the Pavo Diablo on a toasted roll. Extra chilies - nomnom nomnom

Hey my fellow gluten free people: you can ask for any sandwich as a salad. I suggest the Fire of 1889. Yummers.

Best to come with a sandwich buddy that way you can share 2 sandwiches and don't have to settle on just one.

Always check on the soup special. It's not the usual tomato bisque-type thinking.

Call in your order. Takes half the time and it will be less likely that they're out of your sandwich.
