Really good beer and some cool stuff at the gift shop. They have a smaller menu the some of the other breweries and it's a little expensive but food is very good. It's usually crowed on the weekends.

Great brews, crazy good pretzels, gooey mac n cheese and friendly staff. Place is very cool for a quick lunch or a lingering dinner. Deschutes represents the best of Portland.

Family/friends from out of town? Must show off. Go early. Bar, PNW vibe. Go-tos: Wings, meaty and tangy; Black Butte, Twilight, Jubelale, MP. Bring growlers for filling. Specialty reserves on tap!

I ate the Quinoa burger with added jalapeño pesto and a side of French fries coupled with a glass of a tasty Deschutes IPA. Very good and delicious. You can't go wrong with pesto on a veggie burger!

Great beer selection! Try the classic sampler. The pretzels w/ the cheese = spectacular.. The chilli was phenomenal. Portions are huge so you should order it family style to share.

Fresh Squeezed is one of my favorite IPAs so I was already excited for this place. Then I had the food (pork wings and elk burger) and it quickly became one of my favorites spots in Portland.

Great porter and stout selections. The pretzel comes with this amazing chorizo cheese dip 😋 it gets really crowded and doesn’t really have a lot of open seating like most breweries I’m use to.

Lots of great beer selections. Gets a little loud. Busy on weekends. Large TV to watch sports. Food good. Try garlic fries! GF bread very good, soft.

for being #1 in Mac & cheese in Portland, it falls short. a bit over salted and there isn't much to the fried chicken. their saving grace is the beer selection, especially the Planete Plum

The quinoa burger was delicious. Would eat again. It was a gamble because I'm not vegetarian, but I would pick it over regular burger again. To be fair, I had The Hypocrite (quinoa burger with bacon)

Home of the legendary black butte porter - roast, smoke, coffee, delicious, light and crushable. Be on the lookout for any of their vintage stuff that's available. Mega awesome burgers!

Fun typical brewery stop that’s touristy but not. Locals do come here too. Get the flight of beer to try all their different beers!

Great beer, great food, waiters super friendly. We had the Brewery burger and I tried the Zarabanda. I also recommend that ice cream pie as a dessert, it was delicious :)

This is a goto spot whenever I'm in town. The food is superb and you can't beat the beer. Need proof? Check out all the hardware on the back wall. Nothing beats Black Butte Porter from a tap.

I was amazed by how the barman was knowledgable and helpful on the choice of the beers. It is rare to have such a help on beers and having the possibility to taste the beers. Great place.

Large beer house and restaurant. Great meals (not oversized!) beautiful big windows with views to the nice street outside. I recommend the cod on the menu and the vegan mushroom pie.

Really liked all the beers we tried (not a big fan of IPAs in general, though). The pacific wonderland was my favorite beer! Food was also good

Great pub food with a bit of a wait. They'll buzz you when your table is open so you might as well grab a drink at a neighboring bar while you wait.

The crab roll is pretty great. Actually all the food is surprisingly good for a brewery. There's a special beer list too but you have to ask for it.

The pretzel is fantastic. Buttery and crispy and salty and chewy. The cheese and mustard it comes with are pretty good too, but the pretzel itself is the highlight. Get it!
