Munch on the sample olives and chorizo while you wait for it.- Go to Despana and get the Picante sandwich: "chorizo picante", mahon cheese, piparras (basque spicy guindilla peppers), tomatoes, aioli sauce. Amazingly good and spicy.
Instead of waiting for a sandwich, get a salad instead. They have a great range of ready made salads at the counter.
