"맛이 정갈합니다. 깊고 풍부한 맛이라기 보다는 딱 좋은 맛이란 느낌입니다. 가게 인테리어도 좋고요. 다만, '꼭' 주의하셔야 할 점이. 우렁된장 쩐내가 가게에 깊숙이 베어 있어서, 처음 들어가면 오줌 지린내 같은 깊은 향기가 나서 비위약한 분은 못참을 수도 있습니다. 후각세포의 피로시간인 10분 정도 지나면 참아집니다."
