    Soup dumplings (their claim to fame), shumai, fried rice (porkchop or otherwise) is the way to go. Some other dishes are only so-so.

    I was in the bathroom at the same time as two dumpling wrappers. They just waved their hands under the water and that was it!!!! I hope they really wash their hands before they go back to wrapping!
